The Meredith #4 Diversion addressed fish passage issues in Little Beech Creek, a tributary of Beech Creek which is a tributary of the Upper Mainstem John Day River. The project replaced an existing rock diversion with an engineered rock riffle diversion.

The Alder Creek Headcut Restoration Project is located approximately 6.5 miles NE of Crane Oregon on the lower end of a 40 acre wet meadow on Alder Creek, approximately 6.5 miles north of its confluence with Crane Creek.

The Upper John Day River Restoration- Lower Island Ditch Diversion Project, is located in the Upper Mainstem of the John Day River in Grant County approximately 7.3 miles southeast of Prairie City, Oregon.  The project replaced two existing push-up diversion dams that provided poor fish passage at low flows.

The Voigt Lower Clear Creek Diversion Project replaced an existing push-up dam with a new rock grade control diversion structure.

The Roberts Creek Diversion replaced an existing layflat diversion dam with a natural, rock riffle diversion design that will deliver the water right as well as provide natural fish passage for native species.
