Grant SWCD had three projects scheduled for completion in 2016; Meredith Diversion #4 phase 2, Larson Irrigation Project and McHaley Pipeline and Irrigation Improvements Project

In 2015 Grant SWCD had five projects scheduled for completion; Meredith #4 phase 1,  BLM Alder Creek Headcut Meadow Restoration, Upper John Day River Restoration-Lower Island Ditch Diversion, Voigt Lower Clear Creek Diversion and Roberts Creek Diversion.

The replacement and modification of the Meredith #1 & #2, #3, #4 and #5 Diversions has eliminated the remaining fish passage impediments on Beech Creek, a tributary of the John Day River.  Diversion #4 phase 1 was completed in 2015 while Diversion #4 phase 2 was completed in 2016.
