The Voigt Lower Clear Creek Diversion Project replaced an existing push-up dam with a new rock grade control diversion structure.
The push-up diversion dam was created by a row of boulders, boards and plastic, and was the main structure to elevate the water surface sufficiently to satisfy the irrigation water right. The diversion had poor fish passage at periods of low flows.

Taken downstream of the diversion, the inlet box is located at left near the top of the riffle seen in the photo.
